Porcupine Quill Hairstick with Sterling Silver Sea Turtles

No porcupines were injured in the making of this pen! Quills are a kind of modified hair. Just like we shed hair periodically, porcupines shed quills too.

This hairstick is 7″ long and has 3 sterling silver sea turtles hanging from a sterling chain.  Silver toned beads and a turquoise glass bead decorate the top.  A bead comes for the sharp end so that after you put it through your hair, you can cap it (like an earring backing.)
